Chilojo Bush Camp is a mobile tented camp, that operates on an exclusive basis and requires a minimum group of four adults staying for a minimum of four nights.

This Camp does not try to be a luxury hotel in the park, but rather gives privacy, comfort and an opportunity to truly appreciate the remote wild of Gonerazhou.

Due to exclusivity, meals and day-to-day plans are decided on by the group with the utmost flexibility. Even though some luxuries need to be removed due to the moveable nature of the camp, there are comfortable beds, hot showers, clean ablutions and fresh wholesome meals provided. Hot or Cold drinks are readily available.

The camp can sleep a maximum of ten guests, in five 3 x 3 metre canvas dome tents. Each tent has two regular size single beds fitted with cotton sheets, duvets and throw pillows, a bedside table and outside a little front veranda with two chairs and a hand washbasin. A short distance behind each tent is separate shower and short-drop loo tent.

The main camp area is a large open sided tent where most meals are served unless we are having a bush-breakfast or picnic. In the early evening, after drinks and snacks have been enjoyed around the fire, dinner is taken by candlelight in the mess or out under the stars.
